I like that it is an unbiased third party tool for employees who are being discriminated against or harassed at work without having any recourse other than reporting directly with HR as there's no way they can do anything about this if you don't report your situation.
The fact some employers use their power over hiring/firing decisions by using our system means we have had cases where companies refuse certain applicants because someone has filed complaints through us which isn’t fair - especially when those people were otherwise qualified! We've also seen cases where managers try to intimidate users into not filing reports etc but we will continue doing what needs be done even though sometimes that makes things difficult (especially since many employers aren't very good communicators). As mentioned above however I think most problems would stop once everyone was educated how bad these situations really are so more education should happen around bullying prevention too rather then waiting until something happens first before addressing.
