Scanner works fine. most of the time. Maybe 5% of the time I have to hop around the laser to pick it up or hit it for it to work. Setup was easy, plug and play. The range is also quite good, taking inventory has become very easy.

Scanners work great at a great price. We have a somewhat unique way of scanning barcodes and I'm having trouble programming it to do what I need it to do. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful in setting it up. They responded very quickly and the scanner reads exactly as I need it to.

I loved this product when it worked I was even willing to order a few more 2 days ago it stopped working I tried everything from resetting to the Factory settings up to the memory cleaning suggested in the manual. This works for a few scans and then nothing happens. I might not even scan 100 total. The product looks good and works well when it does that. I think the quality control is bad and I received a bad one.

*Update* Scanner stopped working after about 6 months. Support is now ignoring my emails. 5 to 3. Absolutely amazing product! 10X more efficient than the corded scanners we've used for retail. It took a bit of coding to get them perfect, but the tech support was prompt and extremely efficient. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to increase their retail scanning needs by a hundredfold!

I've tried several wireless handheld scanners this year and was disappointed every time before I got to this one. It reads barcodes so easily that my other scanners struggled. The charging station is the best I've ever used. Whenever I buy more wireless scanners, I buy this one. I didn't have to worry about scanning anything to set it up or make adjustments. I just plugged it in and it worked.
