The housing was cracked on one of the large bolts. I removed the nut to get a better look, the bolt fell out of the assembly and the plastic broke. Very disappointed.

Update: I bought these about a year and a half ago and they are already failing, the last few have lasted years. I got 2 of these a few months ago, wanted to test it out for a while before posting a review and so far so good, no problems at all

These headlights have been used less than two months and are defective. They flicker from high to low every few minutes. Over the last few years I have ordered 4 sets of LED headlights for other vehicles and this is the ONLY set I have ever had problems with. I can return but I have yet to order a replacement set so I can ride at night. Don't waste money!

So you have a 1998 Yamaha G19 golf cart. When driving the voltage dropped to 20-30 volts. I fixed some of the issues and traced them back to the solenoid. I order this solenoid (even though it doesn't say Yamaha) and it works great. The solenoid is SOLID built and fits my car perfectly. It also says 200 amps. It cost HALF what other YAMAHA SPECIFIC Solenoids were selling online.
