Underperformed and Overpriced

As a computer technician, I was disappointed with this product's underperformance. As a result of my tests, I determined that the network speed was unimpressive, making it difficult to access files remotely. The lack of pre-installed drives made the price point unjustifiable.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Slow network speed, overpriced without pre-installed drives.

What good is a rackmount NAS if you can't mount it in a server rack

Well I'm impressed with how easy it is to set up, but there are a few issues I found have . 1) I put it in my server rack and figured the screws would be enough to hold it in place. I greatly underestimated. It hangs at a 45 degree angle. So I decided to check out their website for track accessories. 500 dollars! No way! 2) I also had a heck of a lot of time to map the drive on Win10. It turns out that the default is SMB1, while Win10 requires at least SMB2. It took me about an hour of…

Pros
  • Is it worth the money
Cons
  • It's fine

Good Reasonable Price NAS

At the moment the item has arrived in perfect condition. Nothing seems to be missing and you can tell this is a new item as all the plastic has had to be removed. As for first impressions, it looks great and fits perfectly over my rack server. I am currently waiting for my new hard drives to complete the installation.

Pros
  • Enclosure
Cons
  • Some Errors
