The opened box is sold as NEW

Works well today, worked two days but problems: 1 - It was clearly an OPEN BOX. All plastic envelopes containing the contents were torn open and the contents removed. Although everything including the torn plastic was put back in the box. All protective tape around the edges of the opening has been cut off. I was charged full price as if NEW. This was my last purchase from this supplier. 2 - The two "powered" Displayport cables were BAD (the system reported communication errors with them)…

To date, this is the best Displayport KVM on the market (as of 04/20/2020)

Of course, in such a price range, TESmart is the best DP KVM in my opinion. You don't have many options for KVM with display on the market right now, most of them are too expensive. I had another StarTech DP KVM from a previous job. When I wanted to buy one for WFH during the pandemic, I looked at StarTech first, but the price was much more expensive ($263). TESmart is one of the cheapest KVM DPs I could find, so I bought it and it worked fine. ($100). I have to say that Displayport is…

A few questions about computer components

Very nice little device and one of the few that meets the needs I was looking for. Unfortunately, I have a Logitech G513 keyboard and a Logitech G Pro gaming mouse and have had issues with both. The keyboard has a USB port on the back that connects with a separate cable and I just couldn't get it to boot. In fact, the keyboard would only work if I plugged a USB hub into the KVM's dedicated keyboard port and the keyboard itself into an additional USB port. Unfortunately this wasn't practical as…

Worked great the first time

Perfect for what I need. There was a wireless roller mouse and a wired keyboard. Connect the mouse charging port to the kvm mouse port and the wireless dongle to the kvm USB 2 port and the keyboard to the kvm keyboard port. I used the cables that came with it to connect dp to my monitor and USB connection to my HP work laptop and custom gaming pc. A good small size wall plug, not much larger than a normal plug.
