Tips and leaders are not the best quality and the case is practically useless if you need to use different attachments frequently. This set reminds me of something Harbor Fright used to sell for $5.99 with a coupon.

The quality is no coincidence, but for the price it's a bargain. Pricking probes are particularly useful. All of these probes and leads have a resistance of less than 0.1 ohms when using a high current, low resistance tester, and none of them have connection issues no matter how much I giggle at them.

I am not a professional tester or diagnostician so I cannot attest to the overall accuracy and quality of the product. However, I did a bit of troubleshooting and the various clamps/probes worked fine. The only downside is the poor quality of the tote bag which doesn't close completely and items can fall out.

Wish it was gold plated for consistently low resistance. But the variety of tips is very welcome and the quality of the leads is good. Insulation piercing terminals are great for most wires, but very thin wires can slip through the pin. I would be safe with PVC insulated cable up to 18ga. Anything less than that is risky.

If you are the guy or gal who always does the electrical work that makes everything work, then this kit is what you need for a multimeter in your electrical box will fulfill. I can't stress enough how much easier this makes your job.

Given the price I was very surprised at the quality of this set. I am very happy with it. I may not use all of the parts on a daily basis, but what I did use them for was measuring components by conformal coating onto circuit boards with anything from a DMM, O-Scope, or differential meter. They adapt to almost anything with the included parts. It makes my job easier and I love it. Everything in the storage box is neat and tidy. Overall very happy with this purchase.

This is a complete offer for a quality cable set! You could, and I've spent 3x as much on a well known brand lead set that isn't as functional as this lead set.
