Essentially a simple hardware upgrade of the old 3 port Testo 550 and 549 manifolds. I don't think they will have as long a battery life as the old probes but they will likely to be expected as you upgrade your screen and processing power but still run at 4x AA. Little time in the field but still impressive. appears to be a solid, well-built device. Exactly the same set as in the store, but much cheaper. Literally hundreds of dollars cheaper. The Bluetooth connection is clumsy. Your phone should connect automatically if it's in range and the app is activated. Sometimes it takes too long to connect. Don't get me wrong I like the simplicity of these gauges so I bought them but the quality isn't there. First, the clamp connector broke within the first month. The location of the clamp connector on the pressure gauges is unfortunate. When the clamps worked, I had to press hard to get the temperature reading from the clamps. The screen is very sensitive, one swipe and you have a scratch on the screen. When I turn off the screen, it turns off, but then I return to the screen with the words…
