Great arch support

I've also ordered the Crocs Swiftwater and the ViaKix women's hiking sandals and I liked the Tevas (pictured left, black shoes) best. They had much better arch support than anyone else. The insoles are comfortable, the size is as expected (size 8, normal foot width). In comparison, the Crocs have almost no arch support. The Viakix initially feels like arch support, but compresses strangely as you walk (the sole isn't that stiff) and therefore offers no real support. They were also slightly…

Disney - Watch on my feet - Perfection

This shoe has a great camber to support the last 3 times I have been to Disney wearing tennis shoes. My feet were swollen and sore and that was it Aggie, had to squeeze my foot on this trip. I wore the shoes and on the fifth day they were perfect. My feet didn't even hurt. My feet felt so perfect that I didn't care if I wore sandals or not in the rain. Speaking of rain, if you have to put shoes on and it's raining they are super absorbent, I didn't find them slippery at all and I literally…

So much. Blow.

I've hiked and worn Tevas for the last 25 years and walked hundreds of miles in them so many without breaking a single one. In June I ordered a new pair of Revains to wear on my trip around the Pacific Northwest. I wore them at the start of a 6 mile hike and was limping for mile 3 due to blisters. I've never had to break in my Tevas, especially since it's the same style I've worn for so many years. I took it upon myself to break them, so I let my feet heal for a few weeks and then tried again…

I LOVE THESE SANDALS

Me: high arch and midfoot, wide midfoot with narrow heel, shoulder repair and 4th metatarsal stress fracture so I'm in my 40's with foot problems. I LOVE THESE SANDALS! Straps are padded for comfort, available in B or W widths with adjustable straps, heel cushioning, medium to medium arch support, low to medium midfoot support, with reliable grip on wet surfaces. I've worn Chacos updrafts for years as they offer high arch support, but my midfoot needed more "fixed" movement. Chaco heavy, even…

These sandals will not disappoint you!

Let me start by saying that I almost NEVER write reviews but because I have read almost EVERYTHING that has ever been written about these Tirra Tevas women and I try deciding if they would suit me, i really wanted to share my POSITIVE FEEDBACK on these sandals! I am about 30 years old but I have severe nerve damage in my left leg. My toe had to be amputated in 2007 so every summer since then I've been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE trying to find sandals that I could walk in comfortably but still look…
