I have measured samples up to 8m long and plan to do more at longer distances when I have the opportunity. But what I've seen so far isn't very good. The specs say the accuracy should be within +/- 5cm up to 6m. What I found is that the TFMini Plus is about 25% larger in its dimensions. This is not always the case, but in most cases in the 0.5-6.0m range. Measurements at 30cm were the only ones that came close, and they were almost accurate. I am very happy with this great product. It's similar and in many ways superior to the Garmin version at about a third of the price. Please note that despite its name, this is NOT the "Plus" version of TFMini. This is a unique product and various TFMini Arduino libraries will not work with it. You may have to write your own.
