Thankful Review

The ability to quickly search through past tickets is great! I can also easily create new tickets from previous ones, which is very helpful when you have a lot of tickets to work through. It's not as easy to use as other ticketing systems, but it's still relatively easy to navigate. It's a bit clunky to use, so I'd say that this is more for smaller businesses or individuals who don't need a full-fledged ticketing system. I like that it can search through my emails to find what is relevant for me when replying back! It's very easy too use as well since you don't have to go into any folders or anything - just hit reply button in your email client & voila!! A great tool if you want something automated but still quick without having someone manually searching over every single message/email from an account (which takes forever).
