First the leaves are so sparse it looks cheap and weird with each individual leaf being so far apart. Wanted to put batteries in to see if that would help. And the wires are all hot glued, and now I'm even afraid to put it on for safety. Super cheap and not worth the money. Do not buy. I want my money back.

UPDATE! After I submitted my review, the support team contacted me and apologized for not contacting me sooner. Got a new kit with all threads working (hooray)! Holiday mood again. One of the batteries on one of the filaments I received broke. This string of lights doesn't work. It took me all 40 feet for where I placed them. I can't turn on lights because it looks weird that a filament is off. I contacted the support team about this over a week ago and never got a reply.

This is really great, the only thing I have to say is that if you keep things the same, adding a timer function will take it to the next level at no real extra cost . That way you can turn them on once and never think about them again until it's time to change your decor. I'd love to use them outside, but unfortunately I don't want to go outside to turn the lights on and off, so they're reserved for places like my dining room. I love how they look when lit up at night and even during the day. I don't like the flashing feature. It's useless. Indoors at night, the flashing lights will drive you crazy in minutes.
