The Homebrew Shop Acid Blend Review

After trying this acid blend, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it improved the taste of my homebrewed spirits. It's perfect for balancing the pH level and giving a nice acidic kick to the drink. The product arrived on time, and the packaging was very secure. The only downside was the relatively high price compared to similar products on the market. Overall, a great addition to any home and kitchen for brewing and wine making supplies.

Used to adjust the pH in my drink. Works great. only con;. The bag was just thrown in the box, it was torn and I lost a little but not enough to be concerned.

I use this acid mixture to pre-acidify mash and rinse water when brewing beer and to lower the pH before adding L plantarum when making Kettle Sours. Helps give my beer a more complex acidic flavor than just lactic acid which is pretty mild on its own.
