Perfect for Kettle Sours

I use this acid mixture to pre-acidify mash and rinse water when brewing beer and to lower the pH before adding L plantarum when making Kettle Sours. Helps give my beer a more complex acidic flavor than just lactic acid which is pretty mild on its own.
