My kids seem to enjoy it even though they were just watching.

A quick glance at the ratings will tell you who is mechanical and who isn't. Obviously, some parents didn't realize that this toy was designed to teach kids how to troubleshoot and repair. The headlights should only work once, then after turning off you need to take them apart and "fix" (reset) the "broken" light. The same goes for the ignition, because when it hits the triangle, the engine cranks but doesn't start. Yes, the plastic is a little flimsy, but that's the way it should be. It…

Really cool toy car

I don't know why some people are so dissatisfied with this. The only downside I found was the hood pillars. They only interfere and do not hold the hood. I took them off and the problem was solved. There are many parts to disassemble, some more difficult than others. This is good because it will take them a very long time to master it. It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun in our future. Update after 2 months is great! At the moment there are no quality problems with regular use. Here are

My 2 year old loves this toy. Since mom is a mechanic and repeats everything I do, it was perfect for her, but the quality is not very good. A little thin. I doubt this toy will last a full year. Less than a month later the struts holding the hood fell off, I'm sure the hood itself will break too and I need to fix it. Right out of the box I had to disassemble the ignition switch and fix the insides as the button and springs were misplaced and it didn't work at all. The ignition switch speaker…

Overpriced and no English instructions

It's hard to put something together when there are multiple languages for instructions, but English isn't one of them. We had to go through the book of different activities you can do with the toy to find out where some parts went or use the box. I didn't even know what those parts were, but the book helped. The same goes for stickers; no instructions. I had to look inside the box to see where the stickers had gone. You will also need 8 AAA batteries; 2 for each headlight (turn on headlights)…
