Thermal Cat Pet Dog Warming Review

My cat loves this mat! He lies on it and stretches a lot and seems to enjoy it very much. He has an older kitten who may have arthritis and I think this is helping him.

There are small threads on the top that are sewn into the blanket. My cat loves to taste and eat threads, so she scratches them often. However, I don't think he managed to get rid of the thread.

We bought this self-heating blanket for our stray cat on cold nights outside. He loves to! I put it on his favorite sleeping spot and it works so well! These photos were taken a few minutes after receiving the blanket. You'll hear a slight hiss, but it's subtle.

It was surprising when I first received it. Of course they are soft, of course they are cute. big enough for one cat (big enough for two if your cats like to sleep together) but really didn't think I'd see warmth from them. But it's true, the heat generated by the cat's own body warms the bed, so the bed becomes comfortable.

I'm giving it four stars because my cat seems to like it a lot. My older boy seems to be having trouble falling asleep lately so I tried it to see if it would help him calm down. I've tried it on his favorite sleeping spots and found it to be best on the bed. He likes having his own binky and got used to it straight away. Since buying this rug I've had to take an unexpected trip with a cat I've only had for a few months which is not ideal. Something warm and soft that was easy to pack up and already smelled like her helped. My cat doesn't like most beds but she took to this one right away. I can't classify this product as "warm" because I don't use it for myself - it's for my kittens. I have bought several of these blankets over the years and all the kittens I have ever had LOVE THEM.
