Cheap abstracts. The metal is really plasticky and the moldings are of poor quality. It is better to buy Amazon version for half price. The wheels are also made of plastic. For $645, I don't expect the wheels to fall off.

I also had problems with the screws that hold the seat to the backrest. Same problem as other reviewers that the screws weren't fully tightened. I had to send it back as I couldn't assemble it. Revain was very helpful but I would not recommend buying this chair.

received a defective product. was unable to attach the chair back to the chair seat. The bolts literally turned about 2 turns before stopping, leaving the rear end very loose and wobbly. I contacted Thermaltake customer service to inquire about a backrest replacement and after several emails and videos about the issue they wanted me to return the chair in full and pay for shipping.
