He is much more like a toy than I expected. Functional but not peaceful. I have to turn the TV up loud if I even turn it on (just a fire show, although you can hear the wheel turning below). It pumps out a lot of heat/"heat" BUT I've stopped using the heating function because it keeps flipping my switch (pulls a lot of current at once and probably isn't good for the electric bill) BUT I've stopped using it for the heater to use.

Such a good electric fireplace! It looks so real and it feels real. Heating is really good. It heats up my living room in minutes. If you don't want to heat, you can simply turn on the fireplace. You have the ability to do whatever you want, and I think that's really nice. It looks very nice in most places in the house. And I am very happy with my purchase decision, I really recommend it!

Excellent customer service. I bought it from stock as I knew it had damage on top. But after opening it, I found that the remote control was also crushed. I contacted Theromate support to see if I could purchase a new remote control. Not what they sell. They checked and found a fireplace in the Revain warehouse that was too damaged to resell and offered to mail it to me hoping the remote would be fine. It arrived and after changing the battery it worked with our fireplace. Thanks again.

So I actually bought this heater to use outside instead of inside (it would look great inside but I wanted it for my small patio garden). It is extremely durable. We often move it based on where we placed it. We also brought it inside. My husband and I were shocked at how much heat it gives off given its size. The heater is also easy to use, lightweight and ideal for small to medium sized living spaces. We've been using it for just over a month and haven't had any problems using it at night.
