Terrible thermometer with major flaws

Based on my experience, this thermometer is not accurate at all, giving different readings every time I use it. The plastic casing also feels flimsy and cheap. The only positive thing I can say is that it is easy to read. However, the inconsistency and lack of durability make this thermometer a terrible purchase.

SUCK clips go well with thermometers and timers

Clips come with this SUCK. They didn't hold up and I had to keep bending them. I've finally created my own clip to use when using this device.

Disappointed, too late to return.

Both thermometers worked very well the first time they were used. However, since using the smaller thermometer the second time, it has been MUCH wrong. I found this out when I was boiling milk to make cheese, there was steam coming out of the milk indicating it had reached 185°F or more, but the thermometer only read 130°. Then I tried frying. The thermometer read 320°F, but the oil was smoking. So far after 3 uses the longer thermometer seems to be showing the truth.
