Great for lunch

Love love love it! We've been able to put in macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, and soup for my daughter's lunch and it's always warm. We put food there between 7 and 8 and she eats at 12 and she's still warm! So glad we bought it! In addition, it is easy to open and very easy to clean. It can either be washed in the dishwasher or is so easy to care for that we sometimes hand wash it.

great thermos fits in thermos

I bought this from K3 for my daughter because sometimes she doesn't like the lunch provided. I followed a few reviews and filled it with boiling/hot water for about an hour, put her bifaroni in, dropped her off at 7:45am and picked her up at 11pm. the rest was lukewarm. Also, I would recommend removing the clear plastic ring inside when washing. The instructions say not to use the dishwasher, but I was too lazy and did it. no problems at all.

Perfect for what I wanted!

Bought for those who needed a reliable thermos to take milk to work for cereal and sometimes soup for dinner. It contains just the right amount for this purpose. If you have a big appetite or want to sip a lot of drinks out of this thing, this might not be for you as it doesn't hold a lot. If you are looking for a thermos that can hold some coffee or some milk for cereal then this thermos is perfect.

DID NOT KEEP NUGGET HOT

Main reason for purchase was to keep chicken nuggets warm for my preschooler's school lunch. Despite following the instructions: (Boil hot water and place in a covered container for 10 minutes before adding the hot nuggets. After four hours they were FROZEN. I tried another time to make sure it didn't work. I did. I didn't even put the container in the lunch box as I wanted to test it at home first. SO glad I did.. sent it back. :(

Perfect for the kids meal!

I was a little hesitant to buy this thermos based on the reviews, but bit the bullet after reading a review (with photo proof) where it added boiled water and kept it warm all day long. What they said, they did: cook whatever dish they wanted (chicken in my case). The chicken I cook takes about 15 minutes. So when I put it in the oven, I boil water in my kettle, pour it into a thermos and close the lid tightly. When the chicken is done, I empty the thermos of the water, dry it as best I can…

Perfect size, keeps food hot for hours, no leaks!

Perfect for my daughter's lunch box! The size is perfect and pretty much fits a 7 year old so you can pack other things for her lunch as well. I've made mac and cheese for lunch, chicken alfredo, soups and haven't had any leak issues so far. I followed the directions and would recommend following them to keep the food warm. I pour very hot (or boiling water) water with the lid closed for 10-20 minutes. Then shake it out and dry it with a paper towel before putting warm food in it, and she ate…

Stinkin' Cute • Perfect size • Portion control

I love ramen/ramyun noodles, but I have to cook half a pack of each. I finally figured out how to use a thermos but had a hard time finding one that worked. After a long search I came across this 10. Perfect for making half a block of ramen noodles. I break the bag into 4 pieces and put 2 pieces in this thermos, sprinkle with spices and pour boiling water from Sunbeam Hot Shot (this mug fits perfectly under his spout). I use about 6 ounces of water for half the pack. Cover with a lid, shake a…

Perfect for kindergarten lunch!

I bought two of these for my daughter who is starting preschool this year to give her an occasional hot alternative to cold sandwiches. And we love it! When I first got it I wanted to see exactly how long it would keep food warm so I filled it with boiling water, took the temperature and screwed on the lid and let it sit on the counter for 4 hours. Four hours later I checked the temperature which dropped from 200F to 135F. Still warm enough to eat! The longer I had them, the more types of food…
