Not what I thought was the best in dice games

I was so happy to order this for my prep class. I pre-ordered them so the wait was long. When they finally arrived I wasn't too impressed. Unfortunately it looked cheap. Maybe it could be better if he doubled the amount on the price? But for classroom use, I'm not sure how long the white tower part will last. Circle pieces are good. And the dice are numbered 0 through 5, which is great for starting the year. In general ... so-so.

Good size and durable

As a 7th grade math teacher, I can think of a few ways to use them. I will buy a few more sets but I'm waiting for Revane to lower the price. I paid maybe $4 for them and then they went up to $12. Now I see that the price has come down again, but fluctuations are not necessary. Shame on you, Revane. In both cases, you can follow the instructions or create your own activities to fit your curriculum. I'll use them for integer rules *where one color is positive, the other negative*…

Well it made my kids love math!

My kids love math! The game itself is very simple and involves rolling dice followed by multiplication, addition or subtraction to guess the sum of the numbers on the dice. In the era of the iPad and computer games, I was very surprised that this caught the attention of my 6 and 7 year olds. They ask me to play with them and they really learn. I bought this as a stocking filler because the price was good and the reviews were good, but I never expected this item to be a toy they play with all…

A very effective and fun way to improve math skills.

Very simple and addictive game. You roll two white dice and multiply the numbers together to get the "target" number. Then you roll three blue dice and the player who finds the "arithmetic rule" that comes closest to the target number wins the round. You can add, subtract, multiply, divide, group numbers and use exponents. I bought this as a summer activity to help my 5th grader memorize math facts and do mental calculations. In minutes he was grouping, multiplying, dividing and even using…

Madness! My son is 6 years old (the October kid just missed the deadline to start prep last September) so he started prep very late this year. He was sent to Kindergarten instead of Kindergarten because the child could not yet draw, write or count to 20. In short, it is December, 2 months later and he is a GENIUS. He can count to 300 (until he gets bored), he can also count to 10 and 20. He can write all numbers and letters, he can write and pronounce his whole name and is now starting to learn

A fun, simple game that also requires math skills

My 6.5 year old loves this game and has been playing for about 6 months now. It's easy to play, requires no special equipment other than what's included, and is fun. The trick is that you…
