Computer not working

took a chance to buy a used computer for our grandkids to do their homework but the camera is blurry and the microphone is not working and there were problems downloading some essentials for their homework . You would think that before shipping they checked everything and nobody contacted me about it. Buyer beware

I was sent an inappropriate product

Where do I start? Whoever passed off this laptop I received as brand new has misadvertised. I have already restarted my laptop. So I know what it looks like when you open a laptop that has just restarted and boots up again. The product I received not only did this, but said all files were deleted to the point where Windows was not installed on it. So I literally can't even test how it works with programs or devices. It keeps getting stuck on the first boot screen because some idiot deleted…

This is the worst computer ever. This is not good. I'm just wasting my money on this stupid laptop. It only works for 1 week and that's it. please you will regret it
