Annoying, hard-to-find lamp replacement solution.

Annoying, complicated solution to buying lamp parts. I believe this purchase will save me many one-time trips to the hardware store for lamp parts. It will also save time and reduce carbon emissions and help save the planet.

NOT specified threads - not even metric!

What nonsense! How did they make a 25tpi thread if it's not US or metric, even super special? Standard bulb 1/8-27 NPS (straight thread, not NPT). So if you want to use it in a device, forget it.

Good to have on hand

Love it, very well made and the price is right. This is for fixing a ceiling light where I lost the threaded rod, but while it's a bit long, it's the shortest. I think I can cut with a dremel tool and gently sand the edge to get it. work too. Good to have on hand in case the device needs to be repaired.

Good range of replacement parts for lamps; good quality and good value for money.

Good set of lamp parts - useful for repairing or replacing sockets (switches can wear out) etc. Thin brass colored lock nuts (actually galvanised) are good enough to be visible. Fully threaded hollow lamp tubes come in a variety of lengths (the thread is well finished). The most obvious disadvantage: the kit does not come with any couplings / bushings with internal threads. Still, a viable range of parts and good value for money.

A MUST IF YOU ARE SELLING OLD/VINTAGE LAMPS LIQUID FROM AUCTION OR MAKING A NEW LAMP!

Old vintage lamps that are taken off auction or off the market often require replacement wiring. In addition, parts of the original design of the lamps that are many years old may have come loose or come loose. These parts often offset the devastation of time well spent.
