I like the fact that we can use one software to manage our employees. It is very easy to get everything done from one place. The customer service has been outstanding! I think this platform has helped me save time by allowing medical billing staff access in real-time where they can approve bills faster or change claims as needed which saves us money! Also it allows our scheduler/supervisor have an easy way view upcoming events with their patients so we are not constantly looking up information ourselves when talking over phone calls during business hours; also helps keep track if patient comes back after leaving appointment without signing paper work required
