I use these on the back of my quilt templates to keep them in place when I cut them. They work great. The dots are cut into 48 pieces with a small center and a large outer ring. I use an integer point on two of the four opposite corners so I get fewer "points" from packing, but I'm fine with that. The glue on the dots is sufficient for their use. I would recommend them to everyone.

It consists of a single sheet that looks like solid dots. In fact, each point is a larger ring and a smaller point. You must separate the two parts independently.
