EDIT: OK, tried again. Wet hair, making sure I applied a reasonable amount of product (seems to be very greasy until dry) and blow dry AGAIN. And nothing. No stop, no fat. It looks like the Emperor's new clothes. I will say that while I didn't see any thickening, volume or hold, the hair didn't get greasy at all after blow drying it. I was looking for a complete product because I'm too lazy to style my hair. I think I found it! Of course you can't expect this product to hold your waves/curls as well as a gel but it definitely does something for my waves and reduces frizz. I also have very thin, medium density hair. This product gives my hair volume. Not as much as a spray that's specifically for volume, but just enough to keep me happy. And I feel like my hair is very bouncy when I use this too. I often use this product on fine, baby like hair in hopes of making it thicker. I finally found a product that works. I mix a pea sized thickener with a drop of macadamia oil or moroccan oil (to help with frizz), when using this product I had to be careful about which oil was used to mix it. The reason is that some of them formed a clot of the thickener. I will definitely order this product when the time comes, the good thing is that you use it quite often so the bottle lasts a long time.

I really like this material. My delivered UPS was left on my porch and froze up in the cold weather and I'm not sure if this has affected its ability to function. I can apply a pea sized amount to damp hair to fully penetrate all my short hair and after about 30 minutes run my hands over it to make the "wet look" go away. The only benefit I get from this styling product is volume. It won't hold up in style. In fact, it kind of makes ironing difficult. My hair is in a bob; I'm just trying to smooth it out and tuck in the ends but I can't. All I get is a twist and I might as well not style my hair the way it looks at all.
