works exactly as I hoped it would

These suspension enhancement "assist springs" are perfect for what I need. I drive a large cargo trailer and an open trailer with a tractor. Both caused my truck to fall too low. I added them and now I'm happy again! Of course they make the ride stiffer, comparable to the F250 I've owned, but I'll accept that compromise for proper trailering.

Great upgrade! for air suspension

Installs in 15 minutes. My F150 pulls my 4,400-pound dump trailer without the slightest hint of squatting. Add another 4 tons of gravel and it still drives without squatting. Wow. Inexpensive retrofitting and reduces the load on the leaf springs. For the first few days, the rear end rode harder over bumps. A few HEAVY loads later and the bumpy ride eased up. Even without a trailer, it doesn't seem that difficult. I recommend an upgrade. Cheaper and less installation time than other upgrades.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!

Exactly what we needed.

I bought a truck and the inspection showed the previous owner installed these tones and removed them before returning it but never brought the truck back to factory specs. We noticed the problem when we were towing a large trailer and the truck sagged terribly. Attachment was easy and now the truck can easily handle a full load of body and trailer. It's a little harder driving with an empty truck and no trailer, but he says we can remove the seal to fix the problem. Very satisfied.

Works perfectly! Too stiff with standard ride height imo

Finished as advertised; However, with standard suspension (no lift) and no cargo in bed or even with a light trailer, the ride gets pretty rough. Not unbearable, but definitely makes the rear end pop when you hit a bumpy road or bump. When I lift my truck I put them back on, but for now I'm doing the back squat instead of the harder ride you get with no load on the truck. To be honest! Towing, bikes in the back - these things hold you in place and provide security as you move down the road…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Super easy install with instant results

Installed on a 2014 F150 and took about 35 minutes. I didn't have to remove the tires and I think the time I saved by not removing the tires was the same as the time I would have saved had I been given slightly better access. I chose NOT to add a spacer, so I don't ride unloaded secondary springs. When I hitch the trailer it squats a bit on the springs, then stops squatting and I drive the trailer on the auxiliary springs the whole time. I noticed MUCH less swaying due to crosswinds and passing

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
