I like that it's easy to customize and share with others. The fact that you can add images and other media is great too! It's also very intuitive to use. Some of the features are not as intuitive as they could be. For example, I have had issues with adding multiple events to one timeline. Sometimes it doesn't let me do this at all. The best part about this plugin is that it's fully customizable in terms of design. It has loads of options to choose from and you can make your own timeline using HTML/CSS without having any coding knowledge at all! The most important thing I like about this is that it's very easy to use. It has a lot of features which makes it very professional and unique in its own way. The most annoying part of this is the UI. Sometimes it takes too much time for it to load, sometimes there are bugs and sometimes I have to refresh the page just to see what happened.
