I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support, and works well with our CRM system (Salesforce). It also makes keeping track of invoices very simple! The only thing I dislike about this product is its price - $300/month for an app thats not all inclusive. This software does what we need it to do, but could be more affordable if there were less features included in each upgrade. We are solving problems by tracking billing information so that we can stay ahead of any issues orβ¦
