Amazing Kitchen Necessity!

I recently purchased this timer and I am highly impressed with its functionality. As my tests showed, it accurately times boiled eggs to perfection every time .It's easy to use and adjust the time, and the beep is loud enough to be heard from across the kitchen. The hand-held size makes it convenient for me to take with me wherever i go in my HOME and kitchen. The only downside is that it only comes in one color. Overall, I highly recommend this timer for any avid home cook!

Useless timer ruined my meal

This timer DID not work as advertised. As my tests showed the timing was off by several minutes, resulting in overcooked food. The design is also unattractive and does not fit well with my other Home and Kitchen gadgets. The only positive is that it is easy to set. However, this does not make up for its fundamental flaw in accurately timing boiled foods. Save your money and look elsewhere. .

Useful, pretty accurate

It's a nice touch, but I always have to remember that I have to cook the eggs longer than the egg timer says, otherwise I always end up with slightly undercooked eggs. Every person in my family who used it had the same problem. This is useful as it gives us an estimate of when to take the eggs out, but I always end up adding a bit of time to make sure the eggs are perfectly cooked. Otherwise, it's a cute timer.
