THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I ORDERED FOUR A-TECH 8GB DDR3 1866MHz PC3-14900 DISKS. THE STICKS STATE THAT THEY ARE 1866MHz. AFTER I CHECKED THE BAR INSTALLED IN MY COMPUTER WITH THE DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE, THE COMPUTER REPORTED THAT EACH MEMORY IS 1333MHz. I'M REPLACING MY 1600MHz MEMORY WITH 1866MHz (STICKS I GET FROM AMAZON). THE MEMORY YOU SEND ME IS REALLY SLOWER THAN WHAT ALREADY IS IN MY CAR. WHY DO I WANT TO DO THIS? THE SPEED SHOWN ON A-TECH STICKS IS NOT TRUE. SPECCY FIRST REPORTS

RAM works well just doesn't work at the advertised megahertz but the product works and appears to be made with quality what are megahertz we are correct

I installed this on my ASUS A68HM-K motherboard which is on the compatibility list shown in the pictures on the product page. However, the memory was not recognized and reset to 1333 MHz instead of 1866 MHz. I have the latest firmware on the motherboard. After some trial and error I got it working by enabling DOCP and selecting 1866MHz for the RAM speed in the BIOS menu. This seems to have helped and it has been working fine at 1866MHz ever since. Memory was marked 1866 but on three updated computers with motherboard bios they smelled 1600? Not what I expected from Timetec (SKhynix chips).

I bought this memory to upgrade my HP Envy H8-1414 desktop computer. The memory is faster than the memory that comes with HP. A few months ago I upgraded to Windows 10 and noticed that my video creation app wasn't as fast as it was with Windows 8. The HP Envy came with 10 gigabytes of memory, so I got it through Timetec memory replaced which increased my total storage up to 16 gigabytes and now my app for creating videos works fine again.

Timetec Hynix IC 8GB DDR3 1866MHz PC3-14900 Desktop memory installed in my PC which only comes with 4GB. Now that my computer has 12GB of memory, it's ready for all modern applications that require memory. I highly recommend!

I like the ease of installing RAM, even though I'm used to the intricacies in a computer. Now I have no delays when opening programs.
