I was a little concerned that the plastic packaging arrived in a bubble envelope without a box as shipping can be so rough; but the packaging was found intact and the RAM intact. Installation is very simple: 1. Press button, 2. Remove cover, 3. Release tabs by lifting RAM slot board, 4. Insert RAM, 5. Re-insert tabs by lowering board, 6. Replace cover . This is the first time I buy a memory, I can't tell how it works because after a week it works great. What can I say about the delivery time, it was excellent because it alone arrived a week before the expected date. I received a message from Timetec customer service telling me that I can contact them anytime if I need installation instructions or if something happens to the product. That's cool.

Timetec Hynix IC 64GB KIT (2x32GB) ordered compatible with Apple DDR4 2666MHz for Mid 2020 iMac and imac.0 received with wrong label showing only 21233 needed better quality control. Bought 4 more sticks of RAM beforehand and one was defective. I love the price and when it works it works fine but it really sucks because of the poor quality control.
