My controller would not turn on. After doing a few tests I decided to buy one of these. The product worked as expected, 10/10.

Our PS4 controller got wet and died. I cleaned it up and some of the buttons still didn't work. I replaced the conductive film with this one and now the controller works more fully. Fits perfectly, fits great.

This is NOT an exact fit, you will need to cut/burn some of the plastic in the foil to make it work. This must be done very carefully as there is almost contact with conductive parts. With a little tweak it works.

I disassembled the controller and replaced the defective film with this one. It worked like a charm. I'm surprised how similar it is to the one I took out. Will buy it again when another controller comes out :)

Well this conductive cable works as advertised just didn't solve my problem and it's not the product's fault it's just bad board/ Connection design print by Sony. Anyway, I'm glad to have a spare that I'm sure I'll need one day. Worth the money, great packaging.

Fixed PS4 controller that wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried and was brand new, never used. It turns out that this new circuitry was needed to get the PS button recognized again. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SLIDE FOR YOUR CONTROL MODEL AS THE FIXED CABLE DIFFERS FROM MODEL TO MODEL!

How many different PS4 Pro bands are there? This is the second one I've bought and it's not the same as the one I have. I'm wasting money and time, it makes things worse. I have a PS4 Pro controller and this strap doesn't fit, it's blocking the pins that hold the controller halves together, everything else looks the same. How do I go back to the two I bought and get the ones I need without wasting more time and money?
