The 2:1 gearbox is not mentioned in the product description. I bought this to replace a smaller offset screwdriver I gave away. My old one was a Milwaukee 48-32-2100, but it wasn't quite 90 degrees (more like 75 degrees). This one seems to have a smoother transmission and is definitely heavier. Looks much larger in the picture but is actually quite small, feels good in the hand and the handle is only about 10cm long. It looks pretty solid and worked very well, driving about a dozen drywall screws into a hard-to-reach area. This involved driving the part to be bolted in under great pressure with a 1/2" drill bit. Works as advertised. I had vertical drawers in my tool/work room that needed repairing. These are our old kitchen drawers and cabinets that we don't use in my workshop, in my wife's laundry room. So the center rail/rail that the roller is inserted into was wobbly and fell out etc. So it needed repairing. I couldn't get there with my cordless screwdriver.
