Looks much larger in the picture but is actually quite small, feels good in the hand and the handle is only about 10cm long. It looks pretty solid and worked very well, driving about a dozen drywall screws into a hard-to-reach area. This involved driving the part to be bolted in under great pressure with a 1/2" drill bit. You can hear a slight gear noise when it runs. The nozzle has a small groove that the yoke seems to catch and holds it in place Holds place. The part that the handle screws into is solidly attached to the device and won't slip, instead it rotates smoothly as if on roller bearings. The handle ensures that it stays in place. It's a few bucks more than the alternatives but after reading these reviews and now after using it I'm glad I paid the extra money.
