The software is very easy to use and can be used by anyone. It is not very user-friendly. It is not easy to use. It is easy to use if you have a computer science background. If you don't have a computer science background you will find it hard to use. This software is very easy to use and has many features. The system is easy

  • Ability upload PDF documents from any device including mobile phone or tablet.
  • Good support staff quick response times when needed / questions answered quickly..etc
Cons
  • Can get overwhelming once too much information added into one database.
  • Sometimes template looks messy at first glance but gets better after adding
