I love the look of the box, it seems well made. 1/2" wood around) I have an 8x10 (antique) book I want to frame and of course I don't need that. But I like the look so I'm sure I'll find something - something useful .

Looks good, very light, good construction, clasp on the side is a little cheaper than I would like, feels like plastic, comes with screws, pins, background is simple enough but nice enough If you no longer use anything, good depth, generally satisfied. You can also paint if you want. Would buy again. The 8x10 size is just right for small moments and photos that I like.

The push board was very flat and the pins didn't go into it very well so I had to glue things to the back. Right out of the box there was excess glue on the plastic panel. Looked like hot glue. I would return it but I had limited time and needed a surprise box. The clasp is nice. Not installed yet. It was a bit small but overall it worked which is why I bought it.

Very happy to get them and love the way they look but they were smaller than I needed which I didn't realize until I got them for what I was for she used for (funeral memorial shadow boxing). Unfortunately, it only fit in the program (an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper folded in half) and not much room for the additional items I added (dried flowers, prayer cards, and a personalized photo button). Had to go back but still very good boxes.

I ordered this box of shades to be placed next to the urn of my 16 year old furry friend who passed away in May. It includes his collar and a cast of the splint (irreplaceable, so I wanted one that snaps on). In the description it seemed darker which would match his urn but I am happy with the design. A little smaller than I expected, so pay attention to the inside dimensions given.

My kids and I wanted to do something special for "Mom" for Mother's Day this year. I ordered this to help build our project and to be honest I was a little nervous about what I was going to do so close to the actual day. It was well packaged for shipping with no problems. The hook closure that keeps it closed is better than expected for the price and the wooden frame was excellent. It looks great on our walls at home.

I found a dead butterfly in perfect condition so I bought this shadow box to display the butterfly. The shadow box is perfect because the soft background of the canvas allowed me to capture the butterfly. I've used culture needles and thought I'd have to tip the needle, but I didn't. The needles fit perfectly and are held in the canvas backing. The clasp is good and tight. The box looks more like teak so not a strong wood but perfect for my project. I recommend this box.

The shadow box should be a wall frame but deep enough to hold the moment. Every part of the frame adds weight, so they have to think about price, shipping, and the ability to hang the frame.
