I should have gotten that many moons already. It's so nice to have something to flip delicate foods (fish, eggs) without Trouble turning.I got the fixed Swiss steak and it was nice to be able to take the cut and put it on a serving platter without fuss.It's good too, veggies with juice (green beans, corn etc) just the food on the Plate.
