Not worth the money.

Not as well made as the Toastmaster I have had for over 30 years. The temperature settings aren't easy to read, and it's hard to tell when the bagel or freeze button is on. In my opinion this toaster is not worth the money.

Morning Toast

I worked for Toastmasters in the US for 20 years before it was sent to China. I built this 4 slice Cool Touch Toaster. I had one for years until I just wore it. I bought this model and so far it has met my expectations. I think we'll see if it has 20 years in it. If they are cleaned regularly and the crumb trays emptied after use, they will last a long time. Happy toast

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Crumpled

Sparks and can cause a fire!

Bought in August for my daughter's college apartment. She said after a few uses it started sparking on the left side of the toaster. She brought it home for a break and I thought maybe it just needed cleaning, but it wasn't. it didn't even look like it had been used much. I asked if she cleaned the trays and she said no, they stopped using it for fear it would catch fire! Not good! The first item we bought from Revain that we had an issue with.

  • Bought finally

It's not what it used to be

For over 15 years we've had a Toastmaster toaster that we love. When it finally needed replacing, we decided to stick with this well-known brand. We've had it for three months and my husband hates it. He likes Italian bread, which is shorter than regular sliced bread. The only way to get it out of the toaster is to unplug it and pry it out with a fork. However, the biggest problem is uneven browning. Both ends of the bread are almost burnt and the spots in the middle are barely toasted. I'm…

Pros
  • It was made
Cons
  • Not the best
