refill broke after 90 days which seems normal based on other reviews here. There's also a design flaw that makes the basket appear like it's pushed all the way down when it's not, causing the brewed coffee to slosh out of the basket instead of dripping into the pot. This is a terrible product that I will not buy again.

I have just bought this coffee machine. I wonder if there is a hard water filter. He needs more than Mr. There is coffee. My coffee pots don't last more than 3 weeks with hard water. Whenever I buy water from the store it works great. But it turns out somehow expensive.

Bought in a store in June 2018 and after 6 weeks the auto brew function stopped working. I searched online for a solution but found this to be a common problem with this particular coffee maker. I also read that many buyers reported that it stopped working after about 3 months of purchase. Guess what! Mine stopped working after 3 months.

I bought this exact item elsewhere and just wanted to warn everyone on Revain. Not sure exactly what design flaw is at work here, but this coffee pot keeps overflowing and clogging, resulting in a mess all over the counter and coffee that needs to be drained before you can drink it! I even tried using Bunn filters as they are a bit bigger but they don't even help. Don't walk - RUN from this item!

I bought this unit from Bon-Ton over 3 years ago at a great price - less than $10. This device works as described. The 1-4 cup function is great when you don't need a lot of coffee and there is no coffee left in the jug after you've poured your cups. The heating pad switches itself off - a safety feature.
