I have ordered 3 and they all come back: Thread does not match the picture Aida fabric is thin and very easy to stretch Thread tangles and wears out Backing material is cheap and ugly

The stocking is very nice. However, a few colors of floss were missing. I emailed to get more than one color, but while I was working I realized I had run out of several colors and bought them myself. Also, the black thread was very thin and kept breaking while embroidering.

I love making this stocking for my granddaughter. The only problem I had was that I didn't have enough yarn to knit the stocking. I ran out of metallic, black and one other color. I had enough regular embroidery thread, but I had to borrow some metallic thread from another kit to complete the stocking. It would be nice if you made sure there were enough threads in the kit.

My kit looks like a lemon. It had many strands with knots in the middle as if connecting the new strand to the old. The needle is broken and there are too many similar symbols being used in close proximity. Looking at the picture of the packaging, even "they" got the stitch colors wrong. I ran out of two strands of different colors before completion, I called and the voicemail was full so I emailed online customer service and still haven't gotten a response from them. Very cute my granddaughter will love it! However, the company does not send threads as a set! I am a very experienced embroiderer and use very little thread when embroidering, so I was very surprised when I ran out of two colors! Luckily I have a few threads so I could only use the one I have.
