I embroidered a set for my daughter and she loves it! My brother and his wife wanted the same set so I varied the flowers and outlined them in shades of blue, lavender and teal. SO BEAUTIFUL - Also a cat girl necklace with pink and red flowers. Made one cat wheat/dark brown and one gray (like my brother's cats). The embroidered flower set was actually prettier as we all think. Highly recommended.

Beautiful design. High quality pillowcase material than most other pillowcase embroidery kits. DMC thread number error. The photo shows red, but the color corresponding to this number (#900) is bright orange. I use red #817 and it looks the same as on the cover. A fun design to work with, although I do French knots for flower centers. Many cat drawings are for young children. This design can be for any age. I am gifting this to my 20 year old niece who loves cats.

So far I have only made one pillowcase because it is very long. I didn't know there was so much to embroider! I'd say it's good for beginners but the instructions for stitches aren't great so a true beginner will have to look up stitches for better pics/videos. It's a good price but I wish it came with threads, I had all the colors I needed but I like the simplicity of the kits that have everything you need. After washing, the printed pattern disappears well, leaving no blue under the stitches.
