Excellent restaurant booking software for small business

The ease of use of this software has been amazing! I have used other restaurant booking softwares that are more expensive but not as easy to use. It makes it very simple to book tables in advance which helps us to keep our wait times down and make sure we don't overbook our rooms/tables. We also like how they allow you to create your own menus so that when customers request certain foods or drinks, there aren't any surprises. Very helpful for restaurants management

I love that we were able to create our own restaurant profile with different sections to keep track of daily operations and reservations at multiple locations. It's very easy to use as well! The customer service team was great too. We are able to view reports about how many tables have been reserved or how much food has sold in each section during any given day/weekend. With this software you can also see where your staff members need training on certain tasks so it helps us know who needs more

Pros
  • Being connected 24 hours makes working remotely easier when needed for emergency situations since all bookings should still show up within reasonable time frame unless otherwise specified by clients which is rare enough (which means no missed shifts!) Also allows me greater flexibility because now i don t always feel like stuck behind my computer screen anymore even though almost every task requires internet access these days.but sometimes its just nice having options other places offer

The most user friendly restaurant app i have used

The ability to see everything at one time without having to go back in forth between different tabs. I like that it allows you to set up multiple staff with various permissions so they can do what they need to while still keeping track of who's doing what where. It could be more intuitive if there were better instructions or tutorials available online. We started using this platform as an internal restaurant app but then realized we needed something external once our website was live. The best
