I like the flexibility of hosting my own events. The ability to have all my team members from different locations come together for training, or just an annual meeting is really helpful. Sometimes you need to be able to customize your content based on who is attending. Also, it can be difficult to know how many people will be at an event until they register, so I wish there was a better way to get an idea of attendance ahead of time.
