Description of ⚙️ SnapSkru Self-Drilling Glass Filled Fastener Anchors by TOGGLER

Self-drilling anchor installs into 3/8"- to 5/8"-thick drywall ceilings and walls without requiring a predrilled hole. Glass-filled nylon body has jaws that open to provide a firm vibration- and shock-resistant hold when a screw is inserted. Made in USA, and works with #6 to #8 size screws (sold separately). Ultimate tensile strength is 65 lb. in 1/2" drywall with a #6 x 1-1/4" screw. Use one-fourth or less of listed maximum values for safe working loads (as required by local regulations).

Hang something on your wall with this American-made product today!

*MADE IN AMERICA* If you've never used them to hang things before, I recommend trying them out ASAP! They are "self-drilling" but I like to drill a small hole with a drill bit first. Sometimes the end breaks down, but it can just be that I'm pushing too hard. I haven't really tested how much weight you can actually hang from it, but I've put some decent weights on it and had no problems. And they are removable! You cannot remove some of these other types. And as I said, MADE IN AMERICA! UNITED…

Pros
  • Beautiful construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Just what I wanted, 100+ anchors included

This box of 100 anchors looks like it was specially put together. The product box itself was originally designed for 50 screws and 50 dowels. I counted the anchors and got 104. I've been using these anchors for a while so I already knew I needed this. Sometimes the tip breaks off on the first twist, so I always pierce the wall with a screwdriver first to make a pilot hole and avoid the problem. I've tried other brands with similar designs and have always had issues with the anchor deforming…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

My job is to install alarm systems. I use this product to mount things in plasterboard walls/ceilings and false ceilings. IN THE HOLE. I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE DOING THIS AND THEY HAVE A HUGE HOLE IN THE WALL AND A BIG MISTAKE. THIS PRODUCT IS FAST, EASY AND DIFFICULT TO USE. This is great because: 1. Once properly screwed onto the mounting surface, it sits perfectly flush2. If installed correctly, it will never be pulled out3. Personally, I use #6 screws from 3/4" to 1-1/2". No screw is too long…

  • Pretty package
