Each flush of this blue toilet bowl tablet creates a protection on the side wall of the toilet bowl and drain, preventing the adhesion of stains from waste as well as providing the bacteria needed to maintain a healthy septic system. How It Works: The bacteria present produce enzymes that break down organic solid materials into food for bacteria. The bacteria digest this material and use the food to multiply and produce enzymes. This cycle continues until the waste has been completely digested, leaving the area free of solids, free-flowing, and odor-free. Chemical Free: Formulated from naturally occurring organisms. Non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-corrosive, non-combustible. It emits no odors or harmful fumes and will not harm humans, pets or irritate the skin. Biodegradable: Contains no acids, caustics, chloride, or volatile organic compounds. Doesn't do anything except turn the water blue

I installed them in two toilets right after cleaning and sanitizing the bleach bowls and tanks. In less than a week they both mostly resolved and stains started appearing in the bowl. They did not improve toilet cleaning frequency at all. They are also very expensive.

Cool blue color, pleasant citrus smell.

They come individually wrapped in a small pail. Pour in the tank and after a few washes, every rinse will be blue. The scent is pungent and citrusy, and you can only really notice it up close, so it's not overpowering. I like them and they seem to help. The color and smell are similar to the same cleaning products as my toilet cleaner. The bucket is quite small, it sits on the back of the toilet tank.

Effective and safe for my pets.

I know it may sound strange, but I've always loved the look of blue eau de toilette (I know I'm not alone here). I wanted my toilet to stay clean without being a hazard to my pets. Doesn't help keep the toilet clean.

This is a small bucket, smaller than a gallon jug. I found it bigger and the tabs were bigger. I wanted to like it. I was a little skeptical about the enzyme's claim (my research has shown that your own natural waste production actually keeps your septic system running, google if you use septic supplements), but I was hoping for a pill that would make my toilet cleaner . Toilet bowl cleaner and waste water treatment in one

These individually wrapped rectangular bars look and smell just like the stuff purple gummy worms are made from. I mention this because if you have young children in your home, you need to protect them from opening one of them and eating them. This isn't food. Also, do not touch them, especially when they are wet. They stain everything they touch, even your skin.
