My wife finds Tone It Up plant-based protein powder with a cinnamon roll flavor to be smooth, refreshing and not too sweet. I basically agree that this is a decent and perfectly drinkable protein powder. Mixed with water in a shaker, it has a rich, silky texture. Probably the tastiest protein powder I've ever tried. It has a sweet taste and smell of cinnamon but not too sweet. Perhaps the best thing about this protein powder is that it mixes really well. I almost always find lumps in my protein shakes that don't mix properly. It wasn't a problem with that. I could only mix it with a spoon. There were probably four or five small lumps at the top.
