Addition to the previous review. After contacting Revain about the defective product, we successfully exchanged the item. The latches stay on after a couple of weeks of nightly use. We've added a safety pin at the top to keep the collar securely attached to our Chipoo. She's so into pajamas that she (a) stopped fighting us to get us dressed at night and (b) slept all night with 3 legs in her pajamas (so she was trapped) and didn't even try to get hers chewing pajamas.
