Addition to the previous review. After contacting Revain about the defective product, we successfully exchanged the item. The latches stay on after a couple of weeks of nightly use. We've added a safety pin at the top to keep the collar securely attached to our Chipoo. She's so into pajamas that she (a) stopped fighting us to get us dressed at night and (b) slept all night with 3 legs in her pajamas (so she was trapped) and didn't even try to get hers chewing pajamas. We love how soft and cozy it is. Without the exchange I would have given 5 stars. I would buy another. I haven't tried washing so I don't know about shrinkage. But overall I'm very happy now. ========== Loved the colour, the material and the matching pajamas. Perfect fit for our 15lb Chipoo (XL) with 18.5" chest. HOWEVER the top latch fell off on the 2nd night, then the next latch fell off on the 3rd night. We tried to secure it with safety pins fasten, but the shoulder fell off. At night, off our pup's shoulder, and she was gnawing through the metal tongue with the missing "partner" thank god she didn't have time to chew through the fabric and swallow the metal tongue .Creates a dangerous scenario.The pajamas themselves are well made, but apparently there is poor quality control of the workmanship: the ring at the receiving end of the clasps (these are two pieces that snap through the fabric) was oval and not perfectly round, which is why the clasp fell off because was not good.Tried to email Tony Hobie (address included in the package) but the email hasn't been delivered for 3 days in a row.Very annoying for a company n that positions itself as excellent customer service.
