Toolocity HLPVAMS 4 Inch Marble Polishing Review

These marble edges are well ground with an angle grinder - loved it. But there is a lot of dark sediment/dust left - are the wheels worn out?

So you run about a minute on a variable speed grinder. Until the cheaply bonded metal breaks through the screen under the polishing pad. I've tried every grit and they all tear apart so easily which was the worst purchase. Spend more money and get something that really works.

I liked using the HLPVAMS MS Styple Set 4 inch Marble Buffing Tool. At the end of the set they gave a nice polished look. However, there were some wheels that were bent (out of shape) on and around the 7/8 ring. I had to adjust (fix) them before use as the vibration wobble was not good. After adjusting these few rims/wheels everything seems to be working fine. I have more marble to polish and there is a lot of wheel stock left on the rim. I will use a penetrating sealer on the polished edges.

I hate buying unverified items but due to the fast shipping and need to get them fast I took the risk. I'm very glad I did. I used these pads to buff the edges of marble tile in a bathroom/shower area. They polish marble very well. You can start with 220 grit and go straight to 600 grit to finish. While they polish the sides well, they left a little too much swirl for my liking when I used 600 and 800 grit pads to polish scratches on the surface of some tiles. The overall quality was far from…
