Description of ๐Ÿ”ช Efficient Performance Ensured: IRWIN Tools MARATHON Carbide Corded Circular Saw Blade, 7 1/4-inch, 24T (24030)

This product is easy to use. This product is highly durable. This product is manufactured in China. Silicone coat allows the blade to slice easier through material reducing pitch and resin buildup when cutting pressure-treated lumber. Construction-grade carbide teeth deliver longer blade life. Every other tooth is thinner for faster cuts. The innovative heat vent/expansion slot design reduces vibration for longer life and straighter cuts. Plate is fully hardened to run truer, longer. 24 tooth count blades are ideally suited for framing, ripping, and deck jobs.

Subpar Quality, Skip this One

Based on my observations, the tool was poorly constructed and did not fit my circular saw properly. The carbide teeth wore down quickly, and I had to replace it after only a few uses.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Poor Construction, Rapid Wear

Works as it should.

Much better than the Blade Black and Decker ships with their entry saw. and Decker should be aware that the blade they supply makes a pretty decent saw that is dangerous and seemingly bin-ready on first use. But that's another review. Seems to be a good blade, especially for the price, it's "safe" of my saw too. I immediately noticed an easy cut with little resistance.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • No Power

A good economical choice for the homeowner or hobbyist

Bought two of these blades for about ten dollars. I don't know how long they will last but so far I'm very satisfied. They cut perfectly without much splinters or feathers. They leave a thin kerf because they are thin blades which help save wood and make my circular saw more efficient because it removes less wood than a standard width blade. I've used them on two Baltic birch plywood lumber and crushing plates and the first one is still as sharp as new. I've run out of reason to use my circular

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes

  • Some cons
